  7. Mover hasta que comience a hervir... Echar el licuado de cebolla y zanahoria y mover a fuego bajo.
  8. Enjuagar los tomates y pelar la cáscara y quitar las pepas del interior.
  9. Licuar los tomates sin agua y echar a la olla y mover... Cuando hierva echar sal al gusto más un poco más pues el fideo le disminuye la sal a la salsa así que tiene que estar en su punto.
  10. En una olla aparte ir mezclando la salsa con los fideos cocidos y servir.
