- Una vez que se cocinó lo salteado (se supone que la acelga ya está prontita) unificamos esa mezcla con la misma.
- Por otro lado ponemos en el agua hirviendo el arroz y el zapallito, cuando están prontos colas ambas cosas y lo mezclas con la carne salteada y la acelga.
- Notarás que el conjunto de todo sigue caliente, asà que ese es tu tiempo de meter los trozos de queso y listo!.
- Nota: el arroz lo hago con bastante agua y para saber que está pronto lo voy probando. Pues jamás me salió el arroz frito, por eso aprovecho y hago en esta receta también el zapallito, que tienen Masómenos el mismo tiempo de cocción.
