  11. Cubrimos las partes de arriba de las medias patatas con el puré que hemos puesto en la manga pastelera, haciendo pequeñas bolitas (cómo en la fotografía).
  12. Por último, se ponen unos 15-20 minutos en el gratinador para dorar un poco el puré.
