- Así hacemos con cada pedazo hasta que estén sellados
- Reservar las carnes aparte y en la misma olla sofreír las zanahorias y la cebolla. Agréguenle sal y pimienta
- Cuando esté dorada poner los pedazos de Ossobuco acomodándolos bien
- Le agregamos el cognac, el vino tinto, el caldo de res y por último el tomate y condimentamos con sal y pimienta negra. Ponemos la slow cooker al mínimo y por 8 horas.
- A las 8 horas miren como luce la olla y el sabor ni les cuento 😁 se deshace de suave y sabor la carne!
