  5. Sacar el salchichón del fuego rebánarlo y mójarlo con el jugo del limón
  6. Colocamos en el mixer o licuadora y licuamos el fondo de cocción (osea el sofrito) o si gustas lo pasas por un colador para sacar el jugo/salsa, verteis este jugo encima de las rebanadas del salchichón y servir. Buon appetito ìì Saludos Chele ìì
