Vamos a cortar la parte de arriba del pimiento como se muestra en la foto para poder rellenarlo y lo vamos a cocer en este caso el método que use fue : Poner una cacerola con agua en el fuego e introducir los pimientos todos parados y el agua no debe subir de la mitad de estos, dejandolos cocinar unos min hasta que cambien su tono, pero no su textura ( tienen que estar firmes con un color verde opaco como muestra la foto.
  3. Mezclamos el arroz ya hecho con el picadillo bien caliente y rellenamos todos nuestros pimientos y listo esta receta es muy rápida y saludable pues usamos poca grasa, la acompañamos con vegetales si gusta y a disfrutar.
