  10. Agregar 1/3 de taza de agua y tapar para que se cuezan las papas, tapando la cacerola
  11. Por último agregar el perejil picado y rectificar sal.
    Dejar enfriar
  12. Sacar la pasta de refrigeración y extender con el rodillo a 3 mm de grosor
  13. Cortar círculos de aproximadamente 16 cm de díametro
  14. Rellenar con la carne
  15. Barnizar el borde con huevo batido
  16. Cerrar el paste y cortar bordes sobrantes, colocar en una charola antiadherente y barnizar con huevo
  17. Tener el horno precalentando a 200º C hornear los pastes por 35-40 min según horno.
    Verás qué cuando estén ligeramente dorados los revisas por debajo y también tendrán un color dorado
    Se separan de la charola y se dejan enfriar
  18. Cuando estén ligeramente calientes servir ya qué el relleno guarda el calor
