- En un sartén coloca 3 cdas de aceite y vamos a cocinar la carne, salpimiéntala a tu gusto, yo te recomiendo que no le pongas mucha sal pues irá combinada con la salsa. Cuando esté bien cocida y el jugo casi se haya consumido, agrégale salsa Maggy a tu gusto, cocina por otros 3 min más y apaga.
- Precalienta en horno 200 grados C. En la licuadora coloca los tres jitomates ajo y cebolla y vas a agregar 2 1/2 tazas de agua. Licúa
- En un sartén o cazuela pequeña coloca 1 cda aceite y vierte la salsa licuada, media cda de sal y la albahaca, cocina por 6 - 7 min aprox a fuego medio revuelve con una cuchara y en esa salsa añade las 2 tazas de salsa de tomate para pasta tradicional y revuelve, apaga el fuego.
- En un refractario engrasado con 1 cda aceite, coloca una capa de Lasagne sin hervir, luego una de carne, otra de salsa, otra de queso, y así hasta terminar con los ingredientes, debes cubrir con el queso al final. Hornea por 38 min
