  5. 200 grs carne molida de res

  9. 2 huevos
  10. 1/2 cucharada mostaza
  11. 1 cucharada miel
  12. al gusto aceite vegetal
  13. al gusto jugo Maggie/ sazonador

  15. al gusto pimienta

  1. Lo primero que hice fue el arroz, puse a freír los granos en aceite caliente hasta que tomaran un color doradito.
  2. Licué la tercera parte de la porción de cebolla con medio diente de ajo, 300 ml de agua, un cuarto de cubo de caldo de pollo y sal al gusto.
  3. Una vez que está frito el arroz, agregamos la mezcla a fuego alto hasta que se incorpore perfectamente al arroz por 5 minutos. Luego cambiamos a fuego bajo y tapamos hasta que se consuma el agua.
  4. Para los chiles rellenos, ponemos a tatemar los chiles en un comal hasta que la piel se tueste.
  5. Licuamos los jitomates con un tercio de la cebolla, medio diente de ajo y un chorrito de agua.
  6. Freímos el caldo de jitomate en aceite caliente, agregamos 1 1/2 tazas de caldo de pollo, sal, pimienta y yo agregué un chile verde entero para que le diera sabor. Dejamos a fuego medio por 20 minutos.
  7. Freímos el último pedazo de cebolla previamente picado, agregamos la carne molida (yo le puse un poco de zanahoria porque así tenía la carne guardada), la mostaza, las pasas, la miel, el jugo Maggie y salpimentamos.
  8. Sacamos los chiles del fuego, los metemos a una bolsa de plástico para dejarlos reposar y que la piel se despegue fácilmente. Quitamos la piel con las manos, abrimos, los desvenamos y enjuagamos.
  9. Batimos las claras de los huevos a punto de nieve, agregamos las yemas procurando que no se baje. Rellenamos los chiles con la carne molida, los envolvemos con el huevo y freímos en abundante aceite.
  10. Finalmente los bañamos en el jitomatillo y acompañamos con nuestro arroz, queda listo para disfrutar 😁.
