- Lavar los bisteces y espolvorear por ambos lados con la mezcla que hicimos, como el ajo en polvo ya lleva sal (ya no le agregué sal extra)
- Poner a calentar una sartén a fuego medio con un poco de aceite, agrégamos el bistec y lo tapados unos tres minutos
- Le damos la vuelta y encima le agregamos cebolla al gusto ya sean en juliana o a media luna o incluso en aros y hasta en cuadritos
- Y tapamos otros 3 minutos
- Pasando el tiempo, revisamos y si está doradita la carne está lista, la sacamos un momento y si le hizo falta a la cebolla la freímos un poco más hasta que esté lista,
- Y así repetimos con los demás bisteces hasta terminar en mi caso solo hice dos por eso es que los hice de uno en uno pero si tú sartén es más grande lo puedes hacer de dos en dos o incluso de tres en tres
