  3. Ya que está listo el arroz, se vacía en el molcajete con la carne y 1 huevo, hay que revolver bien todo para que la carne absorba los ingredientes que previamente machacamos, posteriormente hacemos las bolitas de carne (la cantidad dependerá del tamaño que queramos que estas sean).
  4. Colocamos en el centro un pedazo de huevo cocido o de queso Philadelphia.
  5. En la licuadora vamos a moler los 4 jitomates, 1/2 cebolla, 1 diente de ajo y los 3 chiles chipotles (puedes agregar más si lo quieres más picante).
  6. Ya que se tiene listo todo, se calienta un poco de aceite en la olla para sazonar un poco el caldillo, se agrega agua y se deja hervir.
  7. Ya que está hirviendo se agregan las bolitas de carne y se dejan cocer durante 30 minutos con la flama media, se agregan las hojitas de hierbabuena.
