  6. Ya colado el chile añadimos las hojas de laurel, y movemos dejamos en el fuego a que suelte el primer hervor, probamos de sal y si le falta ponemos poquita más... listo lo puedes acompañar con un arroz rojo o una sopa de coditos con queso
