- Bolea con cuidado y apretando la masa hacia abajo
- Una vez que estén boleados déjalos reposar en la charola y papel para hornear o tapete horneable, cuando dupliquen su volumen y cuando estén leudados, barniz a barnizalos y coloca ajonjolí.
Yo los hornee a 180°c Por 28 minutos. - Una vez listos déjalos reposar por lo menos hasta que no se sienta caliente
- Para la hamburguesa* Coloca la carne 200grs (previamente molida) con la sal pimienta y cebolla revuelve y forma la clásica forma
- Fríelas con la mantequilla y solo voltea una vez, puedes jugar con los terminos, medio, 3/4 o bien cocida, esto depende del gusto de cada quien
- Parte el pan por la mitad, coloca la carne, la lámina de queso y arúgula
- Para acompañar mi hamburguesa hice unas papas en láminas con ayuda de una mandolina
