  1. En un recipiente se coloca agua, un poco de aceite de oliva, un trozo de cebolla, un diente de ajo, una hoja de laurel y una rama de tomillo. (En lo personal me gusta agregar un poco de knorr Suiza y sal de mar). Cuando comience el primer hervor se vacía la pasta por 20 min.
  2. Verificar que la pasta no absorba mucha agua y que esté cocida para que quede de una consistencia firme. Una vez cocida se retira del agua y se reserva.
  3. Mientras tanto se pica la zanahoria, la cebolla y el jitomate en trozos finos
  4. En una cacerola se coloca un poco de aceite de oliva (lo suficiente para freír), una vez caliente se agrega el diente de ajo picado, la cebolla, la zanahoria y el jitomate finamente picado. Y se deja freír por unos minutos.
  5. Una vez frito se le agrega la carne molida y se deja cocer hasta que la carne suelte su jugo y no esté en grumos, posteriormente se agrega el jitomate molido (previamente con ajo y cebolla) y una hoja de laurel, pimienta y sal al gusto. Se deja a fuego medio hasta que quede espesa la salsa.
  6. Una vez que esté lista la salsa, en un sartén se coloca la sopa ya escurrida con un poco de mantequilla y queso manchego rallados, se deja por unos 2 min en lo que el queso se funde y se revuelve con la sopa
  7. Se sirve en un plato, se coloca un poco de salsa sobre la sopa y de preferencia agregar queso parmesano y a disfrutar!!!
