  4. Doramos el pan por el lado interior, sazonamos la Corona con bastante mayonesa.
  5. Armamos desde la base en el siguiente orden: papa hashbrown, arriba el tocino, la carne con queso.
  6. Freímos un huevo con cuidado de mantener la yema entera. La yema lleva muy poquito aceite, casi casi dejarla cruda. Retirar con cuidado.
  7. El huevo va encima de la carne. Entregar con Corona destapada para no romper el huevo.
  8. Servir con aderezo a un lado de BBQ o miel de maple.
