  1. Lava perfectamente el arroz y ponlo a hervir, hasta qué el arroz se vea esponjoso (retira cuando se vea como en la foto).
    Aprovecha para poner a cocer 2 huevos (tienen que quedar bien codidos).
  2. Pon a hidratar el rinde más de knorr
  3. Para el caldillo muele los jitomates, 1 ajo, 1 chipotle, media cebolla y sazona en una cacerola con un poco de aceite, el knorr y 2 pizcas de comino.
  4. Muele 2 huevos, 1 ajo, media cebolla.
  5. Pon en un recipiente la carne molida, con una pizca de comino, agrega el arroz cocido, la mezcla del huevo (del paso anterior), el contenido hidratado del rinde más knorr, agrega también los 2 huevos cocidos (previamente picados finamente), yo puse 4 puños de pan molido (literal, lo que tomo con la mano). Nota mi pan molido siempre lo condimento con clavo y pimienta.
  6. Comienza a formar tus albóndigas y viertelas al caldillo una vez que esté hirviendo.
    Deja hervir por 1 hora y sirve caliente.
