  1. En un tazón agrega la carne molida, 1 huevo, maggi la cebolla acitronada, sal, consomé, menta
  2. Hierve el arroz con 1 taza de agua que quede al dente, al secarse el agua reserva para que entibie
  3. Los huevos duros, fríos, rebanalos y reserva
  4. Agrega el arroz a la carne y revuelve
  5. Pon a escalfar los jitomates, quítales el ombligo
  6. Muele los jitomates con chipotle y el resto de los ingredientes de la salsa, fríe la salsa con poco aceite directo en la olla express, sazona con sal y consomé
  7. Forma las albóndigas poniendo al centro un trozo de huevo duro y compacta con tus manos
  8. Forma las albóndigas hasta terminar con la carne, depende de el tamaño que te guste seran las que te salgan a mi me salieron 16 chicas
  9. Agrega con cuidado cada albóndiga en la salsa hirviendo, cierra la olla express y cuenta 30 min desde que comienza a silbar la olla a fuego bajo.
  10. Ten cuidado al abrir la olla espera a que libere la presión
  11. Quedan muy ricas acompañadas de arroz rojo con papas
