  3. Para nuestro curtido de cebolla morada solo necesitamos cortarla en Juliana, servimos agua y se le echa para que se cueza, una vez suave, se sazona con sal y naranja agria
  4. Cortamos nuestro repollo, a las tortillas las vamos a rellenar con el frijol, yo tenía de un día antes, para darle más sabor al frijol lo freímos con una cucharada de manteca, cebolla Blanca y una ramita de epazote, desmenuzamos nuestro pollo
